Rural development remains one of the prior sectors of development policies in West Africa. Thus, since a few years CIRA benefited the confidence of many customers for the achievement of various projects in that field. CIRA also intervenes on projects with strong environmental component.
Rural development covers several sectors such as:
- tracks;
- hydro-agricultural infrastructures;
- cattle breeding infrastructures;
- watersheds;
- Village and pastoral hydraulics;
- Energy;
- Community equipment;
- Natural resources.
