The CIRA Company (Engineering Consultants and Applied Research) is a consulting firm duly registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of MALI and present in more than sixteen countries in Africa. Founded in September 1991, CIRA makes its expertise contribution to all the phases of a project implementation.
CIRA set itself the objective of ensuring high quality service provisions as regards studies, consulting services and assistance. The CIRA Company main sectors of activity include: transportation infrastructures, hydro-agricultural developments, water supply and sanitation, rural development, and civil and industrial construction.
CIRA has a team of qualified professionals, prepared to fulfill the requirements of its customers. It collaborates with national and foreign consultant agencies and research departments, as well for public administrations as for international organizations, and private companies.
